Price is a one time cost but is the driver and the most
important component that will influence all your other
decisions. Price has two paths: What you can afford vs. what
you want to pay.

All other aspects are variable and driven by price.

Consider with making a list of the most important elements in
your new home.

• Location? Not only within a community but proximity to
  family, friends, work, shopping, places of worship
• Features? Current décor colors and finishes, architecture
• Space? Large gather spaces; kitchen, # bedrooms & #
  bathrooms. Or are you downsizing?
• Efficiency? Storage, flex rooms, open floor plan

Taking into account these factors, my experience from
working with many buyers is that the “perfect” home has not
yet been built but you can certainly come close if you work
with the right builder and right liaison—me.
